The Ellsworth Public Library (EPL) is hosting an interactive “Bringing in the Bystander” workshop led by Stephen Nason of Aroostook Mental Health Center (AMHC), focused on how everyday community members can safely intervene in situations involving harassment and discrimination.
As conversations around community well-being continue to grow, this hands-on session offers practical tools and real-world strategies participants can apply in workplaces, schools, and public spaces.
With AMHC serving more than 5,500 clients annually across three counties, this event highlights a regional effort to strengthen community safety, accountability, and support through community-based solutions to complex social challenges.
