If you believe in what we’re building at The Rising Tide, we’d love to invite you to become a bigger part of it.

The Tide Pool is a community of dedicated supporters who give $1,000 or more in a calendar year to help sustain our nonprofit newsroom. Your support helps keep local reporting independent and available to everyone across the Blue Hill Peninsula, regardless of income.

Your commitment gives our team the time and resources to follow local stories thoughtfully, helping sustain our community coverage. YourTide Pool membership is also an invitation to connect with our team and others who share your commitment to the community. Members receive:

  • Advance invitations to Rising Tide events

  • Access to our invitation-only summer Tide Pool appreciation event

  • A Rising Tide tote bag

  • Recognition on our website, unless you prefer to remain anonymous

  • Three behind-the-scenes video calls each year to hear updates from our team and ask questions about our work

You can join the Tide Pool with a single gift or through contributions that total $1,000 or more within a calendar year. Monthly recurring donations count toward that total and provide steady support we can rely on as we plan our coverage.
