“When Jim hears that he is about to be sold to a man in New Orleans, separated from his wife and daughter forever, he runs away until he can formulate a plan. Meanwhile, Huck has faked his own death to escape his violent father. As all readers of American literature know, thus begins the dangerous and transcendent journey by raft down the Mississippi River toward the elusive and unreliable promise of the Free States and beyond. Holmes and Watson
This fall, The Thespians of GSA will present Jeffrey Hatcher's captivating one act thriller, Holmes and Watson . The play takes place three years after the great detective , Sherlock Holmes, presumably died alongside his mortal enemy, Professor Moriarty. As it quickly becomes apparent that nothing is what it seems and no one is safe, it's up to Watson, and the audience,to solve the increasingly twisty mystery...before it's too late...
