Get ready to embrace the holiday spirit at the Northeast Harbor Christmas Festival. The festival promises to be an unforgettable celebration of Christmas cheer featuring an array of activities for all ages.

Event highlights include:

● Neighborhood House Frosty’s 5K Race -events for runners, walkers and a kid’s run

● Santa’s Workshop-Kids can shop with a personal shopper for gifts for family members

(donation of canned goods or cash benefits area food pantries)

● Santa and Mrs Claus Arrive by Boat-greet the Clauses at the Northeast Harbor Marina as

they arrive on the Maine Seacoast Mission Sunbeam

● Just for Kids-storytime, card making, Santa’s mailbox and holiday themed craft workshops

throughout the day will entertain the little ones

● Unique Gifts-merchants will be offering holiday sales, complimentary treats and something

for everyone on your holiday shopping list

● Clusterfunk & Company concert-end the day with an Italian- themed dinner and concert benefiting MDI High School 2026 trip

“We’re so excited to bring the community together for another year of holiday magic,” said Sue Spoelhof, President of the Mount Desert Chamber of Commerce which has put on the festival each year for more than 30 years. “This event truly offers something for everyone and is a perfect way to celebrate the joy of the holiday season”The festival is brought to you by the Mount Desert Chamber and made possible this year thanks to the support of The Asticou Hotel.
