The Witherle Memorial Library invites youngsters to step into the world of E.B. White with a showing of the animated film Stuart Little, from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 14 at the library. Based on White’s beloved book, the film follows the trials of a young mouse, Stuart, who is adopted by the Little family. His new brother, George, is initially unwelcoming to him, and the family cat, Snowbell, is even less enthusiastic. Stuart resolves to face these difficulties with as much pluck and courage as he can muster in this heartwarming and fun family movie.
Parents should be aware that this film is rated PG for brief language. You can watch the trailer on the library’s website.
Popcorn and hot chocolate will be served! Children age 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
