Dozens gather for anti-ICE protest after shooting

‘ICE OUT’: An anti-ICE protest in Deer Isle drew several dozen people on Jan. 10. The protest was in response to the Minneapolis shooting of U.S. citizen Renee Good, a 37-year-old mother of three, by an immigration officer. Good was killed on Jan. 7 as she drove away from immigration officers who had attempted to stop her. The shooting sparked hundreds of protests across the country, including several in Maine.
