The town will hold a public hearing on Dec. 11 at 6:30 on ballot questions to the voters at a referendum election to be held on Jan. 13, 2026. Topics include:

1)      To see if the Townwill vote to authorize the Selectboard to renew the Lease of the State StreetReservoir Site with the Community Childhood Learning Place, also known as TheRound School, for an additional ten (10) years beginning on June 15, 2026,under the same terms and conditions as the current lease dated June 15, 2016.

2)      To see if the Townwill vote to authorize the Selectboard to negotiate and enter into a Lease orconsecutive Leases for a Town Dock Food Vendor (portion of M21, L105), for atotal Lease term(s) of up to five (5) years; the terms of the Lease will benegotiated by the Selectboard and the Food Vendor.
