Blue Hill Heritage Trust announces the six best photos for its winter contest

Blue Hill Heritage Trust has announced the six winners of iots winter photo contest. The winners were decided by social media “likes” from a selection of more than two dozen entries. The finalists are below. The first names of the winners were not released by the organization.

1st Place - Adults: "Dog on Snowy Trail" by B. Slayton at Penny’s Preserve.

1st Place - Ages 17 & Under - "Tree in Gittery Snow" by T. Richardson, 14 on Blue Hill Mountain.

2nd Place - Adults - "Person Running on Snowy Trail" by I. Vaccaro on Blue Hill Mountain.

2nd Place - Ages 17 & Under - "Winter Sunset" by R. Drach, 15 on Blue Hill Mountain.

3rd Place - Adults - "Snowy Sunset" by R. Santullo taken on Blue Hill Mountain.

3rd Place - Ages 17 & Under - "Snowy Owl at Sunset" by A. Simmons, 17, location omitted to protect owl.
