Members of the community of Penobscot are invited once again to join in with the national No Kings Day and our local Penobscot No Kings Rally and March.

The goal of the rally is to express our rejection of authoritarianism - No Kings! no Dictators - and our dismay about the wars.

As citizens we want to uphold our democratic system of government, our Constitutional rights, and our hope for a better, fairer, kinder, more affordable future for all.

The Rally will begin at 9am sharp in the parking lot in front of the Penobscot School, followed by a March to the Town Hall. No cancellation due to bad weather so come prepared. Parking is available at the school.

This is a peaceful , friendly demonstration. A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to non-violent action.
