Have you always wanted to write an original song, but don’t know where to start? Perhaps you have been writing songs for years and would like a different perspective. Wherever you are in your musical journey, join internationally known singer songwriter Caroline Cotter for an adventure in songwriting that explores the power of songs and provides different approaches to crafting a song that truly speaks to your ideas and emotions. The workshop will include a Brown bag lunch discussion: A panel of songwriters will share insights about recording, building audiences, social media, touring and connecting. Panel members include Amy Love, Andy Revkin and friends.

Caroline has traveled the world, taught English overseas, worked with exchange programs, then took to the road with her music for the past 12 years. She has performed more than 1,000 shows across 46 states and 19 countries. In 2025 she spent two months performing at the United States Pavillion during the World Expo in Osaka. In June 2026 she released “A Quiet Song of Hope” and “The Answer” is scheduled to be released this fall.
