• Open meeting and confirm that a quorum is present.

• Zoning Board of Appeals public hearing to hear the appeal of EF Smith Ltd, 13 Sea Street, Tax Map 21, Lot 60, regarding the Dennett's Wharf reconstruction project located at 15 Sea Street, Castine, Tax Map 21, Lot 57-8. The appeal alleges that errors were made by the Planning Board and the Code Enforcement Officer in the Planning Board's 6/16/2026 site plan review of field change amendments to the reconstruction plan. This project was originally permitted by the Town of Castine with Permit Number 4391 dated September 09, 2025.
