The appeal alleges that errors were made by the Planning Board and the Code Enforcement Officer in the Planning Board's 6/16/2026 site plan review of field change amendments to the reconstruction plan. To discuss a business permit application for Sanchez and Son Silverado and Sierra Parts located at 398 Front Ridge Road in North Penobscot.  Owners  Zach  and Katherine Sanchez are requesting a business permit for processing GM vehicles for parts and to sell used cars.  This permit from the town is required for the state to approve the at-home business for a dealer plate license for car sales.
