2) To generate Findings of Fact for the Amendments to Permit #4391 (dated 9/9/25) reviewed by the Castine Planning Board on 6/16/26 - necessitated following the Castine Zoning Board of Appeals 8/4/26, remand of the Findings of Fact from the June Public Hearing back to the Planning Board for further development.
