Submit an Obituary

Obituaries on The Rising Tide are published online, can be shared easily with friends and family, and remain accessible in our archives for future remembrance.

  • Cost: $100 per obituary

  • Length: Up to 500 words

  • Media: Up to 3 photos and one video

  • Placement: Published on our Obituaries page and searchable on our site

  • Timeline: We aim to publish within 1–2 business days of receiving payment and finalized text

How the process works

  • Fill out the obituary form on this page.

  • Upload your photos/video and paste or upload your obituary text (500 words or fewer).

  • We will review your submission, follow up with any questions, and send an invoice for $100.

  • Once payment is received, we will publish the obituary and send you a link that you can share with others via text, email or social media.
