Road rage, a barking dog, and a bike on a mailbox
Arrest and incident reports are collected from the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office, the Bucksport Police Department, and other law enforcement agencies. Arrests are not convictions, and all suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

Blue Hill
On May 27, Deputy Mariza Gionfriddo assisted the Maine Department of Health and Human Services in escorting a resident.
A road rage incident escalated into a “disorderly situation between two subjects” on May 28, according to a report. The individuals involved were separated and no charges were filed.
Pamela Tarjan, 72, of Blue Hill was issued a criminal summons for violating bail conditions on May 29.
Brooklin
Deputy Mariza Gionfriddo assisted the Ellsworth Police Department with a criminal investigation on May 21.
Bucksport
A wallet was found on Main Street on May 24. It was returned to its owner.
On May 24, Officer Dan Harlan received a report of an ongoing issue: a barking dog.
A resident reported neighbors yelling loudly at each other on May 24. The issue was resolved.
Officer Chris Sargent helped a resident locate her car on May 24.
After receiving a report of a domestic dispute on May 25, Officer Eric Marcel issued a disorderly conduct warning.
A theft at a local business was reported on May 26. The perpetrator was issued a warning.
A single vehicle went off the road on May 26.
Suspicious persons at the Veterans Memorial were reported on May 27.
An “out of control child” was reported on May 27, according to the report.
Autumn Miller, 44, of Corinth, went through a school bus’s flashing red lights on Bridge Street on May 28.
A dog bite was reported on May 28.
Officer Robert Findlay received a report that a student had “taken off” from school on May 28, according to the report.
The alarm at a local business went off accidentally on May 28. No action was taken.
A female resident reported that someone was knocking on her window on May 29.
A reported theft on May 29 is under investigation.
Officer Amanda Loeven responded to a report of a stray dog on May 29.
A female resident reported “older kids being bullies” at Ian’s Playground on May 29, according to the report.
A resident reported hearing a loud bang before losing power on May 29. It was determined that a tree had fallen.
Officer Jesse Dow responded to a report of a disabled motorist on May 29.
On May 29, a fox was seen in the field by the high school.
A resident reported a vehicle being towed with “its wheels locked up,” on May 30, according to the report.
A pedestrian was shadow boxing on May 30. No action was taken.
A bicycle was left on a mailbox on May 30. The owner was located.
A motorist reported a car tailgating and speeding on May 30.
Officer Jesse Dow responded to a report of possible underage drinking on May 30. The incident is under investigation.
Orland
April Ashmore, 44, of Orland, was summonsed for operating under the influence on May 27.
On May 27, Michael Greenlaw, 27, of Orland, was arrested for domestic violence assault and domestic violence criminal threatening. He was transported to Hancock County Jail without incident.
