Active warrants, damaged property

Arrest and incident reports are collected from the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office, the Bucksport Police Department, and other law enforcement agencies. Arrests are not convictions, and all suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

Blue Hill

Deputy Devin Grindle conducted a directed patrol on the East Blue Hill Road on July 27.

Brooksville

Rima Chatterjee, 56, of New York, was charged with violating conditions of release on July 23. Chatterjee was given a summons to appear in court at a later date.

Deer Isle

Michael Brown, 50, of Deer Isle, was arrested on an active arrest warrant on July 22. He was transported to the Hancock County Jail without incident.

Penobscot

After receiving a property damage report on July 14, Deputy Mariza Gionfriddo spoke with both parties involved in the incident. The party at fault agreed to fix the damage.

Surry

On July 22, Patrick Dennison, 58, of Surry, was arrested on an active arrest warrant. He was transported to the Hancock County Jail without incident.

Verona

The Brewer Police Department requested assistance from the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office on July 27. They were investigating an accident.
