The Stonington Lobster Boat Race has been an eventful summer event for 40+ years along the Maine Coast. We are a part of 10+ races that participate every year, gather with local fishermen to race and come together to support, honor and remember the lives of lost fishermen. Our race will be held this year on July 12, 2026, consisting of 30+ races with all different boat classifications and age groups. The day isn’t just about sea lovers but land lovers as well as vendors, food trucks and activities for all to enjoy. It is a fun day for all to come and enjoy during the busy summer.
