The Blue Hill Library will present a talk on blood sugar with Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Maine native Lakeisha Allen on Thursday, August 13 at 7:00 p.m. at the Blue Hill Public Library. Lakeisha will share a down-to-earth look at how blood sugar works and why it matters for energy, sleep, mood, hormone balance, weight control, and long-term health, and simple strategies you can start using at your very next meal. Lakeisha's talk aims to give attendees practical tools and a better understanding of what their body has been trying to communicate. Lakeisha Allen is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Longevity Coach. This program is free and open to the public.
