Spend your Independence Day afternoon at a historic tea party hosted by the Bucksport Historical Society at the Town Gazebo. Hosted by Uncle Sam and Betsy Ross, this event features the Maine National Guard’s Army 195th band performing a variety of music. The Historical Society will serve authentic colonial cookies, while "Liberty Lemonade" and "Boston Harbor Iced Tea" will be available thanks to event sponsor Hannaford. Additionally, the Bucksport Historical Museum will be open for special holiday hours from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
