Together, we'll taste a dozen Maine oysters from three distinct growing regions, thoughtfully paired with three wines that highlight each oyster's unique character. Each flight will include stories about the people and places behind the oysters, and a short reading from Oyster Society.
Each guest will take home a tasting journal and oyster tasting wheel and can choose to add on a signed copy of the book! Enjoy an unforgettable evening celebrating Maine's coast, culture, and world-class oysters!
