Pollinators: Monarchs and Milkweed

Kids are invited to come see Monarch Caterpillars up close and learn about their life cycle and habitat needs with Landere Naisbitt and Youth Services Librarian, Claire Malina. We will meet on the lawn at the Blue Hill Public Library on Wednesday, August 19 at 3:30 p.m. There will also be a flower scavenger hunt, time for nature journaling, and pollinator plants to take home! This program is free, thanks to the Friends of the Library.  All materials will be provided.  This is geared towards kids ages 5-12, but all ages are welcome.  For more information, contact Claire at claire.malina@bhpl.net or call 374-5515.
